Cricket or The Lack of it .... My Friction theory

The surprise losses of India and Pakistan in the current world cup , that too in the first week itself , after some nice performances in the practice matches , makes us wonder about far too many things. there are two things to be taken note of here, first the age old saying never under estimate your enemy and there is no other thing. With all due credits to Bangladesh and Ireland for the wins , but still I believe both the teams lost because of being over confident. Though Pakistan should have been more prepared after having already suffered a loss but Indians don't have reasons to be less prepared either.

Well leave aside all this , most of you know me and you know that I do not write conventional things so coming back to what I am good at.

So I give my theory of friction . In my mind i think change is the only permanent thing. Nothing knew in it.. na.. but there is. The only thing which is always there is Friction. Sometimes less sometimes more , but it will be there and it affects you for sure. Here comes the difference between a losers and the ones who stand out. There are two things you can do about friction either you ignore it or you fight it . If you ignore it , the only thing that will happen is you will go weak , you will go down and down till you are out. But if you fight friction either you succeed in fighting it or you fail .If You succeed in fighting it then only thing that will happen is you will win . If you fail to fight in the fight , you will fight again or ignore . If you ignore it , the only thing that will happen is you will go weak , you will go down and down till you are out. If you fight the whole chain repeats. Now the losers will be the one who go down and out no matter after how many attempts of fighting friction but the ones who stand out will fight it till the day die and keep succeeding and fighting again with newer frictions.

The current lot of cricketers have been fighting friction for a long while and now it seems that either they have grown old or they have lost the urge to fight friction . And the moment you find "loss of urge" there is another friction :P.

There is a saying that you should keep improving or you will get worse. This is also an instance of my friction theory . I leave it for you to think..

Just before I started writing this post I saw the news on Tv that Bob Woolmer the pakistani coach passed away in Jamaica. Well the man was a icon in himself . The reasons for his death are not known . But I feel sorry for his death. May his soul rest in peace. I pray to God to give strength and peace of mind to his family and friends.

Some other reports of some miscreants who called themselves supporters of Indian cricket vandalising things related to Indian cricketers. well I am not sure they are justified in doing that they are surely not fans they are fanatics. Has there been a team who has been unlucky or an under performer in cricket world cups than South Africa but have we ever seen the fans of SA fighting their cricketers or scaring them.

Cricket is just a game and in a game one has to lose cause other has to win. And nothing comes to an end with a loss and not everything is achieved after a win. In both the cases You have to keep working as my friction theory says ..

Is this all what cricket is about ??

I think there is only one man who would defy ur logic of friction and he is our Dada, Yes saurav has defied all the logic which u just put forward and he is still fighting..!
India's loss was more because they miss a gud leader, who can lead from the front, remember ganguly in last world cup..! And wat these cricketers do in their personal life..i giv a rat's ass :)
